The website also functions as an online store offering food supplements.<\/p>\n

Art. 2. For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, Users are:<\/p>\n
Para. 1. Active users \u2013 persons who use the contact forms.<\/p>\n
Para. 2. Inactive users \u2013 persons who visit the website without using the contact forms.<\/p>\n
Para. 3. Customers \u2013 users who place orders through the online store.<\/p>\n

Art. 3. These General Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted by using the website.<\/p>\n
When placing an order, the Customer expressly confirms that they are familiar with the General Terms and Conditions<\/p>\n

\u2013 payment by bank card through a secure virtual POS terminal provided by<\/p>\n
First Investment Bank;<\/p>\n
\u2013 bank transfer to the Merchant’s bank account.<\/p>\n
When bank transfer is selected, the order is processed after payment has been received.<\/p>\n
The Merchant reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within 3 business days.<\/p>\n

Art. 8. Where a refund of an amount paid by bank card is required,<\/p>\n
the refund is made by a card transaction to the same card.<\/p>\n
The refund period is up to 14 business days.<\/p>\n

Art. 9. Delivery is carried out within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria through the courier companies<\/p>\n
Speedy and Econt via the Shipio logistics platform.<\/p>\n
The delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.<\/p>\n
The delivery price is displayed before the order is finalized.<\/p>\n

Art. 10. Right to cancel an order<\/p>\n
Art. 10. (1) The Customer has the right to cancel an order before it is processed and dispatched by notifying the Merchant by e-mail or contact phone.<\/p>\n
(2) After the order has been dispatched, cancellation is possible only under the conditions of Art. 10(1).<\/p>\n
(3) Once the integrity of the packaging has been compromised, including by opening, unsealing or damaging a security sticker, the product is not eligible for return, exchange or refund of the amount paid.<\/p>\n
(4) Return or exchange is possible only in the event of a proven error on the part of the Merchant, such as delivery of an incorrect product or damage during transport.<\/p>\n

Art. 11. When products are purchased as a set or carton,<\/p>\n
partial return of the contents is not permitted.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 12. The Merchant shall not be liable for damage caused by use of the website,<\/p>\n
or for technical failures beyond its control.<\/p>\n

Art. 13. Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR)<\/p>\n
